Credit Card receipts will list your order from BOGEAR PTY LTD, which is our parent company.

Price shown on our website is in Australian Dollars (AUD). While we try to ensure all details, descriptions and prices are accurate, sometimes mistakes occur. If we discover a mistake after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it for a full refund.

We are based in Australia and ship internationally.

Postage is flat rate $25AUD worldwide. We ship using a variety of carriers, depending on order size and your location. We dispatch twice weekly, and will confirm via email the carrier used and tracking number if available. When placing your order please ensure your email address is correct so you receive this dispatch email. Please also ensure your order delivery address is correct, as you will be responsible for any return or redirection costs of incorrectly addressed orders.

International orders may receive extra delays due to customs and import hold ups. This is beyond our control, so please factor this in if your order is urgent. Any extra fees charged by customs in your country such as importation duties or tax is your responsibility.
